Preschool Moms

One of my favorite places to go is Preschool Moms. We meet once a month at a church. They provide babysitting for the children, and the moms get together for breakfast and some spiritual words of wisdom. The moms relax and enjoy each others company, listen to great speakers, and afterwards have a discussion together about whatever we learned that day.

Today was the last day for the group, and unless we have a new place to go, we are done with preschool moms. I have attended for two years; it was a great place for me to meet new people and listened to other moms share their struggles, laughters and tears. It is also spiritually uplifting to hear others share their beliefs and testimonies about their faith that my own testimony has grown, especially my love of the Savior. We all want the same things and it was nice to be able to share it with other moms here in our community.

Of course, I have to talk about the lovely weather. This is what we saw coming out of preschool moms. It was not snowing before we got there;hence the spring jacket!

I would love to have some place like that.

Why is it ending?

Charlene that is so sad that your moms group is ending. Why will the current location no longer be available? I loved going the few times I went before we started homeschooling. That really is too bad.

If only my child wasn't so darn attached to me. I had a blast with you that time I went and would love nothing more than to go again. If you get a new location let me know, maybe I can arrange for Steven to be home that morning.

When we lived in California I was a member of MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) it was a lot of fun. I hope you guys can find a way to keep meeting.
