Halloween/Fall Festival
It has been a busy past week so I will be catching up on some blogs.

There are so many places to visit, see and do that it was hard to choose between.
So we decided to start at Sky Meadows to the pumpkin patch as shown on my blog below and afterwards we headed to the....
My kids in their costume waiting outside in line to get inside the museum.
(Blake's costume was a black mask, but with the flash on my camera it showed his face through the mask. He wanted to make sure that everyone knew that if I was to post this picture in the blog!)
Yes, that's right...waiting outside in line to get INSIDE the museum. I didn't realize how busy the museum was and it was soo crowded I will have to think twice about going next year.
It's hard not to resist the Star Wars theme around the museum when you know you have three fans amongst the family...
...and who can resist Thomas the Tank Engine awaiting his candy he so patiently wanted.
A huge hit and they loved being there. A win-win situation for us!!
The next weekend you saw us at Burke Lake Park. I heard that their was a Ghost train there giving rides to little critters like my spider here awaiting for the train ride of his life.
It was a bit cooler today, but that didn't seem to stop the crowds from enjoying themselves.
The kids anxiously waiting for their Ghost Train Ride to see what was ahead of them.
Some of the highlights of the train ride...
...not too scary, but fun nonetheless...
...unless you consider this scary looking spider....ooooh
...surprise!! People inside them handing out candy to the costume travellers.
Ending their journey with some cotton candy.
Awww, can't get any better than that!!
We ended the night at our church for a carnival and Trunk or Treat which my children scored with A LOT of candy.
We already have to hide if from a four year old!
