Emma - Month of May activities.....

Emma has been playing volleyball for the past three seasons and has LOVED it!

Volleyball is huge in Texas!

 So no surprise that their is a lot of competition out here!

When Emma's team played their first game and lost, we wondered what kind of season their team was going to have.

We had three cute high school volleyball coaches helping these girls along!

They started improving each week at their games.

They were also starting to win most of their games!

So here comes the tournaments and we were not sure how it was going to end!

After they lost their first game, we thought we were done.

They had another game to play......and they won!

They kept on winning each game.

After playing for five hours, they came in 3rd place overall!

It was unbelievable!

Those girls worked so hard and so long and all did a fabulous job!!

It was a great way to end the season!

Emma will be back in the fall to play again!

 Another huge milestone for Emma was she graduated from the elementary school!!  It was an emotional day for her and her friends.  Caleb is so sad that she will no longer be at the elementary school with him.

 She did an amazing job with her A Honor roll certificate, which she worked really hard getting, especially in math!!

She loved her teacher and she made a lot of new friends in her class too!

She is looking forward to attending middle school in the fall, which makes this momma a bit nervous.  She does have great friends both in church and school that I pray will help and be their for each other!  She is growing and becoming an awesome young woman!!
