First day of school.....

Now that the housing issue has been resolved, I can go back and capture the moments that happened this past month.
School has started once again.
So has early morning seminary.
I'm doing much better this year than last year, thanks for asking!
Kids love their teachers and I love the routine we are back on once again!
Blake is in 7th grade.  He said middle school is much better this year since he knows the ins and outs of middle school.  He's not the youngest group anymore which he loves!!  He is playing trombone in band again and considering joining the jazz band.
Emma is in the 4th grade and loves her teacher!! Her teacher is a writer and Emma is excited to hone on her writing skills from her teacher.  She is joining the school choir and enjoys every opportunity to use her creative art skills!!
Caleb is in the 1st grade.  While he misses kindergarten and his teacher, he does like his new teacher.  He doesn't like the rules and sometimes has difficulty remembering them, but he tells me he is trying his very best.  He is one smart cookie and learning so many things so quickly.  I'm hoping they will challenge him more and that will help him not "forget the rules!!"

It was difficult to get a picture of Ethan when he leaves for seminary at 5:30 in the morning and then comes home late from marching band practice. Believe me, he hasn't changed much from this picture.  He still won't smile and he has grown taller too.
Ethan is in the 10th grade and made it on the marching band.  He also decided to take a couple of honor classes this year which makes this year extremely busy for him.  We are hoping once marching band season is done, he can start studying to get his driver's permit.
That's right, another Belisle on the road, watch out!!
I'm very happy that my kids are enjoying school here once again. It's a confirmation for me that moving here has been the best thing for my family!!
