Boating, knee boarding, tubing, oh my!!

Our friends, The Cummings, invited us to go boating on the lake for Memorial Day.

Roger was super excited since he used to spend his summer days on the lake in Minnesota.

I, however, was a bit nervous, but the kids were super excited to try it out!

As we arrived on the boat ramp, they told us we were going knee-boarding.

Knee boarding!!

Yep, you go on your knees on the board and they pull you along as fast as you want them to.

Blake jumped in first and a few minutes later he was on his knees!

Emma, my other thrill seeker, jumped in next and was also able to get on her knees as well.

Ethan was next with the same success!

Now, since all the other kids went on the knee board, Caleb insisted on going on too.

I was a bit nervous, but Roger was beside him the whole time and Caleb loved it!!

Afterwards, they went tubing,

they really enjoyed the ride! Blake kept saying it was "boss"

I guess that means "cool" or "awesome" in my lingo!

It was perfect weather and the kids enjoyed themselves and had a lot of fun.

of course, we are all sunburned and in pain so maybe now its not the right time to ask that question!
