Challenge accepted....

Blake does not back away from any challenges.

So when his scout leader challenged him to race, he accepted it with smack talk and gloating!

Here they are, right before the race.

His scout leader was much faster than Blake anticipated!

Unfortunately, Blake lost the race by seconds and spent the next five minutes running around the field shouting how wonderful his scout leader is!!

I appreciate the leaders in the church who take the time to bond with the children/teenagers.

They may not even know that they are making a difference.

Those who take their calling seriously and reach out to kids is a blessing for parents who need that support.

I have been blessed by some leaders of the church who have watched out for my kids!

Luckily, Blake has his father there as the other scout leader so Blake is double blessed with two great leaders watching out for him!!
