Merry Christmas.....Minute to Win it

Roger and I hosted a Christmas Party last weekend and my kids saw the games we were playing, so they begged us to play them!
We are very lucky to have Roger's family visiting us from Minnesota for the Christmas holidays!
With family, Christmas is so much better!
So with family visiting and playing Minute to Win it games!
It was the perfect holiday celebration!
So we started with the M&M game,
we had the older boys try it out first!
Then the rest joined in!
Apparently, if you play a brass instrument, you have an advantage.
With Ethan and Blake playing tuba and trombone, they moved a lot faster in this game!!
Stack the cups was a fun game for the kids to see how quick their stacking skills were!

Moving a cookie with only using your face muscles is so funny to watch.
As you can tell, the pictures are a little fuzzy because I was laughing so hard watching their facial expressions!  The kids were awesome!
By far this is my favorite game.
We put jingle bells in a tissue box and tied it around their waists.
The kids had to jump up and down, shake all around to get the bells out of the tissue boxes!

Can't end the game without the adults getting involved!
It was totally hilarious!!
Awesome!
What do you do with giant marshmallows?
Play Chubby Bunny!
Emma impressed us all by keeping all those marshmallows in her little mouth!
Grandma wanted the kids to get together to play a mean game of Loteria (Mexican bingo).
Anything involved with money is a sure way to get any kid to play.
The only problem is, grandma loves money just as much as the kids do so it was funny to watch grandma taking all the money away from the kids!
The game didn't last long!!

Aunt Maria brought supplies to make gingerbread houses.
Apparently, she didn't get the memo that we don't do gingerbread house at our home.
Emma's facial expression is enough to let you know how frustrated she is about making them.
That activity didn't last long and I think all the candy got eaten in the process anyways!!
With the warmer climate here in Texas, outdoor fun was enjoyed by crashing into cups, jumping on pogo sticks and riding on scooters!

We are so grateful that our family came to visit us!  We are enjoying our time with them, eating a lot of food, and having some fun!
Merry Christmas!!
