May Happenings...

Crazy past month!!
So much has happened!
To start off, I got to hang out with this cutie below on his field trip!
We went to the Austin Zoo and lucky for us it was raining.....A LOT!!
Caleb and I ran from animal to animal to see as much as we could before the weather turned worse.
Caleb loves turtles!
This was his favorite spot to hang out at!
He said he could spend all his time there!
The rain did eventually stop so we were able to enjoy the rest of the zoo with his buddies!
He is so fun to hang out and banter with.  He makes any situation a lot more enjoyable!
6th grade award ceremony!
Emma rocked the 6th grade
A Honor Roll all year!
Outstanding student in Language Arts and P.E.
She works so hard everyday on her school work.
She never puts it off and always turns her assignment in class.
I say this, because apparently, my older boys have a hard time turning assignments in and putting homework off till the last minute!
It's a breath of fresh air not to get after her to get those things done!
Emma also did choir this year.
She loved it!
She decided to try out for choir and made it in the top choir, Bella Voce!
I'm not sure where she got her singing voice since none of us  like to sing!
She enjoys being in choir with her buddies here!
Sniff, sniff, Ethan's last concert of his high school career.
With his tuba buddy, Curtis.
They are going to miss each other as they separate and attend different colleges this fall.
They have performed well these last four years!
Ethan has loved being in band and will miss his buddies.
He especially will miss Marching Band. He has loved being part of something huge here in Texas.
He has made good friends, had an opportunity to be a leader to those around him, and learn to work hard at an instrument he so loved.
He has shown hard work, dedication, sacrifice and time for the band program.
I hope he realizes that it has prepared him for college experience in the fall!
He is one handsome guy!
