district band...

Ethan auditioned for district band a few weeks ago and made it in!! He was so excited to perform for district band.  He was quite surprise how intense and busy he was for three days learning the music for the concert.  His least favorite thing was carrying his tuba everywhere.  According to him, he walked at least a mile carrying his tuba throughout the school!

Concert Day

If you start from the right and count to the left, Ethan is the fourth tuba over.  His tuba is the only one you can barely see the tip of the tuba.  Darn those short genes!

It was pretty amazing and those kids are very talented!!

I was impressed and enjoyed the concert too!
